Yeah, vore seems wrong.
From what I can gather (looking at the prequel helps: https://giantessbooru.com/post/view/248843?search=favorited_by%3DKlauser) it's kind of unbirth - seems to me the guy not only got unbirthed, but also made his way inside an egg cell, dick'd it and that gave birth to the pink haired girl laying near him.
