Futanari content hasn't fallen under "Male Content" for quite a while.
Most images tagged with futanari also have a tag for penis, which users can set a filter for in the "My Account" section.
If you search for futanari (https://giantessbooru.com/post/list/futanari/1) while showing male content you'll get 850+ search results.
If you then click "Hide Male Content" you'll get... 850+ search results.
There has been some talk about correctly tagging images showing trans women, because in those cases the futanari tag is not technically correct (futanari refers to having both female and male genitalia).
For the time being I think it's best that any visible genitalia are tagged accordingly in cases like this.
Having said all that, I did forget to add the "futanari" tag when approving this image.
