We've had the debate on here before, I think the conclusion was the tags are for people to not see what they don't want, so if you can't tell it's a dude then no point in updating the tags
Just to try and keep everyone happy, I've updated the tag to person. Though yes I agree I use tags generally to help users find what they want but also for the filter system so they don't see what they don't want to
