Your girlfriend's growth was increasing and, while you were both enjoying it, soon it'd be hard to get clothing or shelter to fit her.
You'd taken her to see several experts but they all fell foul of a side-effect of the growth; her boobs. They had grown much more than the rest of her and had proved too much of a distraction for any of the male doctors who had seen her so far. You'd finally found a female doctor who'd assured you over the phone that she was a professional and would get to the bottom of things. Your girlfriend wasn't convinced and said that she didn't think anyone could help. You secretly thought it was more of a case that she didn't want anyone to help her so she could keep growing.
When you got to the doctor's office she'd taken you downstairs to the building's loading bay where she had scaffolding set up. So far you were impressed, she was obviously prepared. She even had some gowns ready for you all to protect against the cold of the bay. She climbed the scaffolding and made various measurements of your girlfriend while making various thinking and pondering noises.
The doctor then decided she needed to inspect your girlfriend's bust and asked her to pull her gown down. Your heard the doctor gasp when she saw your girlfriend's chest but she immediately regained her composure and restarted her measurements. After a few moments she grasped the massive breasts in front of her in her hands and tried to lift them.
"Wow, these are heavy" she said like she was in a trance. "So heavy..."
After a few moments it became apparent that the doctor had fallen prey to your massive girlfriend's hypnotic boobs.
Your girlfriend turned to you, "I knew this would happen again."
Meta: I've not scaled down the woman holding the breasts - that was her size in the original shot (I think the busty woman was stood on something and there's a bit of perspective in play to make her seem bigger too). I really wanted to use this photo of the model as the elements were already there - big boobs being fondled by someone shorter - but the perspective made it hard to find a way to make it make sense. I knew a ladder would imply the short woman was raised up making the big girl seem bigger but gave up a few times after failing to find anything that lined up with the perspective of the larger model. In the end this scaffolding worked as I was able to weave it between the models to make it seem a bit less than just a background. The perspective isn't perfect but I think its the best I'm going to get. I got the original shot from the breastenvy subreddit.
