FYI, this was done by a professional photographer and he came with the idea in the spurt of the moment. While he was taking shots of his model, a large group of tiny women ran by in the nude. He seized the opportunity and told his model to quickly grab one and put her where she did, and snapped a few photos.
He named this piece "The Struggle For Survival". It was a big hit and was featured in museums around the world. To protect his copyrights, he buried the tiny woman in the sand after the photo shoot so no other photographers would be able to use her.
