I'm not sure this is true. This artist has been posting art since 2020, this particular piece is from 2023. From then to their current output now, the style is consistent and doesn't seem to suffer from any of the setbacks that come from AI generated slop.

According to sightengine.com this is NOT an AI art.

I wouldn't call every generation slop, especially when you've done a fair bit of manual editing to make the composition right, which you've done QueenControl. But I'd say a lot of the stuff made for YouTube shorts are, they put very little effort into the output, like those stupid muscly cat videos. Personally, I would love to become better at drawing or digital painting and be able to make meaningful contributions to this community, but I personally wouldn't submit it unless I was as talented as someone like Karbo or some of the people on Eka's Portal who also draw in similar quality.

It's not about whether I "like" it or AI "art" or not. It's that it's a plagiarism machine that scrapes and steals the creative effort of real people that made something with intention and purpose that a machine, and the people that champion it, cannot ever understand or care about. Coupled with the fact that AI technology currently uses an unconscionable amount of water and electricity to simply function tells me that it's a moral obligation as a human being, an appreciator of art, and as a resident of this one and only earth we have, to oppose AI technology as it exists. It is drivel that enables uncreative people to play pretend and nothing more.
