Ewa was always jealous of her twin Beata. She thought she'd finally have the upper hand after downing some growth formula. The company which made the growth formula also made clothing that would stretch with you as you grew - this was how they made their money as the growth formula was relatively cheap compared with the super stretchy clothing. As Ewa ascended she felt bad for her sister and decided to allow her to have the remaining slither of formula at the bottom of the bottle. It wouldn't make her a giantess like Ewa was becoming but it would at least give her something extra.
What Ewa didn't know was that they weren't as identical as she thought. Beata carried a rare gene that when exposed to the growth formula caused her to enter a slow process of permanently growing. It was only a few days until Beata was once again the centre of attention as she surpassed Ewa in height. The gene had also caused her bust to expand further which drove Ewa's jealousy wild. The final straw was that the growth formula company had send Beata a free outfit as compensation for the unexpected outcome of their product - a free outfit she was already outgrowing.
Ewa decided she was going to need many more bottles of formula to stay ahead of her sister.
Meta: This was a cheat, I had 2 cut outs of Ewa I wanted to used but only had the time to make one cityscape to place them in - I couldn't decide which one so put them both in. I've done this a few times and its not a totally cop-out as I do like the idea of a giantess having to deal with a different sized version of themself. I think I've finally managed to save this collage by fixing the contrast issues the original had and applying a slightly cinematic filter to it.
