The giant super hero had saved the city from a valentine's day disaster by drinking the whole tanker of aphrodisiac before it reached the water supply. The plan was for her to use her size-control powers to shrink back down and have a wild night with you, her boyfriend, to burn it off. However, no one had accounted for how fast acting the chemicals in the tanker would take hold of her. Instead of shrinking down she started making herself bigger, touching herself all over as she took off her costume. In her rush to get naked she backed into a nearby tower block but she didn't seem to notice - her eyes were fixed on you. She was still going to have her wild night with you, just on a different scale.
Meta: I'm not sure what I was thinking with this one. I started out wanting to create a giantess whose so hot she's literally smoking, then I chickened out of that idea and made the smoke into destruction which doesn't quite line up with how she is placed.
