The growth serum worked! Rob had been researching it for years and finally, he'd been able to produce a cannister of unconcentrated growth serum. He'd shared the news straight away with his petite girlfriend who immediately suggested they try it out on her. Rob took no persuading and loaded up a small shot. He reckoned it should have been enough to give her an extra foot. He watched in surprise as she shot up 2ft, then 4ft, then a bit more. She finally stopped at about double her usual size, her clothes in tatters. Rob tried to work out what had gone wrong, the only theory he had was that female biology somehow amplified the serum's expected effect. His girlfriend didn't seem to mind though and invited Rob to explore her new body.
The next morning was awkward. Rob's girlfriend couldn't fit in any of the chairs and had no clothes so had to sit on the kitchen floor naked to eat her breakfast. Rob was admiring the view when his step-sister walked in. She'd moved in with Rob recently after getting dumped again and finding herself with no where to go. Immediately she started asking questions and made the connection between his girlfriend's new size and the plaster in the roof coming loose last night. His step sister was obviously fascinated by the idea of being bigger but Rob decided not to offer her any of the serum despite her interest - his girlfriend was a test, he had the data he needed now, no one else needed to grow.
Rob's ex thought differently. She knew all about his growth serum, that's why she'd dated him in the first place - and her obsession with its development was had led to Rob dumping her. But being separated would not be enough to keep her from getting her hands on the serum, she'd been living in the apartment upstairs for weeks and Rob had no idea. She knew when her bedroom started shaking last night that someone downstairs had grown. She'd lifted the floor boards and looked through one of her peep holes to see Robs new fling - now 10 foot tall crawling about the apartment below. She heard his girlfriend shout about needing to go out and get new clothes and then heard the door shut - it was her time to strike and she knew exactly how. Rob always left his window open for a breeze, she'd complained about it enough when they'd dated, so all she had to do was head down the fire-escape and in. She was in his apartment within a minute and already heading to the tank in the corner where she knew he'd be keeping the serum. She'd bought a a few vials and started to drain the serum into them. She'd filled several vials when Rob came back into the room. As soon as he spotted her he realised what she was doing and tried to grab her but she was fast and back out the window before he knew it and gone. She hadn't taken all the serum, but she'd taken enough to be trouble.
Rob watched the news for the next few hours knowing what was coming. Sure enough, a news report appeared talking of a giant woman emerging and causing untold chaos. The news wouldn't show pictures of her due to her nudity but Rob knew it was her. His step-sister asked if there was anything they could do but from the news coming in it was becoming apparent she couldn't be stopped. Rob was especially distressed when a report of the woman threatening to get bigger and stomp the whole city came in. Given her reported size she must have taken all the serum she had - did that mean she was planning on coming back to get more of the formula? He needed a plan, maybe he could use the formula he had left to stop her?
Rob and his step-sister ran to the roof to try and see if they could spot his rampaging ex. Sure enough, there she was, smashing everything her path - and she was heading towards them. Rob remembered why he dated her on seeing her naked body, but seeing her near rabid temperament he was reminded of one of the many reasons he'd left her. He had the remainder of the formula loaded up into a syringe. His plan was to inject himself and restrain his ex, if they had to tussle naked then so be it. He could make more formula later and grow his girlfriend to his size. As he pulled up his shirt he suddenly realised something. Even with the full syringe, he wouldn't be able to grow big enough. There was plenty of serum but he wasn't a female like it previous two recipients, he wouldn't grow as much as them. Begrudgingly he gave up his idea of becoming huge and had to restructure his plans. His step-sister was here, of course! As he approached her with the syringe a gigantic hand sailed across the roof and sent her flying. He watched in horror as his step-sister tumbled off the edge and recoiled in fear as his ex stared down at him.
"Give me the rest of the serum!" she demanded, her voice roaring over Rob like a gale - he shook his head in defiance. A smile crept across his ex's face, she lifted her other hand into view and in it he saw his girlfriend. She was struggling to break free but it was no use against her grip. Rob saw he had no choice, he'd have to give her what she wanted. It was at this point he realised he no longer had the syringe in his hand, it must have been sent sailing with his step-sister. His ex's voice washed over him again, "Give. Me. The serum!" she screamed at him.
"I can't!" he yelled back.
"That's a shame." she said with mock sympathy, "oh well." She said this last bit as she tossed his girlfriend into the air and started to advance on Rob's rooftop. If she was paying attention she would have seen the humongous hand behind her which reached into the air and grabbed Rob's girlfriend safely before she started to plummet.
Rob saw his step-sister straighten up, standing like a titan far above the city rooftops. He had never noticed how well developed she was up top before - perhaps it was a side-effect of the serum in excess amounts. In her hand was his girlfriend, safe and sound. Rob's ex must have known what was coming when the shadow fell over her as she made a mad dash for him but his step sister grabbed her by the shoulder and held her back. She screamed in frustration as she tried to fight free of the busty giantess' grip, but it was pointless - she was too strong. News and police helicopters circled around the three differently sized giantesses - lighting them up and filming them, all while Rob's ex continued to scream at him, "I'll get you! You rodents!!"
His step-sister was obviously having no problem holding his ex back, this was when Rob noticed his step-sister's panties, he looked up at her quizzically. She noticed what he was looking at and felt the need to explain, "Oh yeah - about that. I knew you'd get your serum working one day, I've been wearing stretchable underwear for a while, just in case - why do you think I moved back in?"
She then added, "Shame the top didn't hold out."
Meta: This started as one thing and spiralled out of control. I love the idea of multiple giantesses, at different sizes with some interaction between - I've never tried it before and it wasn't too difficult. Only issue was the lighting on models' shots didn't work so I needed to add a fake light source - hence the helicopter. I think some of the scales are off a bit in this collage but hopefully there's enough going on to forgive that.
