You'd left her in the hotel room this morning. She was having one of her 'episodes' so you'd left to allow her to take care of herself. It normally took her a while so you booked in on a river cruise. While on the cruise you reflected on your wife's condition. I wanted to do a collage of her clothed in a powerful pose - but it seems like she likes to get naked before doing her power poses. During that search I found this picture and knew it'd work well in this cut out scene I had to hand. There's a tiny bit of her reflected in the river to try and sell the composition but its not that visible in the end.
