Meta: This ended up being massively stylised not by design but by necessity. The background was very blue, the meme is very red, I really had to reduce saturation in both and severally shift the hue in one to get them to match. Thankfully there were some high res source pictures for this meme so I didn't need to upscale it too much. I considered changing the cat to a tiny man but that cat's face is just too funny to leave out.
