You'd signed up on the bigfoot coach tour as a joke. You didn't expect to see the mythical beast but you felt like a trip away with the beautiful views of the mountain forests would be enjoyable.
The coach had stopped at one of the stunning viewpoints the national park had to offer and you'd wandered off from the tour to take some photos. When you came back to where you thought the coach had been parked you were shocked to find it gone. You checked your watch, it was supposed to be stopped here for another hour so they shouldn't have driven off. You went to call the tour company but found you were out of signal, you were stranded but at least you had the amazing vista in front of you to keep you company.
As you considered your options you noticed rocks falling from the mountains on the other side of the valley. You wondered what was causing them, until you felt the quakes. They happened in sequence, short shakings of the Earth which got stronger and stronger. You wondered if there was some sort of mining or fracking operation nearby until you saw the cause - a giant woman stepped into view from behind the distant ridge.
She was gorgeous, totally naked and wild looking - a total dream if she wasn't the size of a small mountain. You re-evaluated the definition of mountain-woman in your head as you watched her stride down the valley towards you.
When she got close enough you realised she had something in her hand. It looked vaguely familiar. It took a few more of her gigantic strides to see what it was - it was the coach. She stopped and looked down at you from a distance.
"I thought I'd missed one of you." she said, her voice carrying through the distant mountains.
You reached for your camera to take a shot of the giantess when she roared at you, "No photos! Its bad enough you little pipsqueaks have these tours looking for me!"
You hadn't expected bigfoot to look like this, but you had to admit - the name did fit.
