As Hitomi's growth continued she pondered her future.
"What will I eat?" she asked herself as her increasing weight caused her knees to sink into the ground below.
"What will I fuck?" she then asked herself as her expansion brought her closer to the tiny city.
As she climbed into the sky she looked down and saw the tiny buildings below from a new perspective.
"Oh." she said to herself realising the answer to her questions was right beneath her.
Meta: This was a quick effort. I saw the gif and liked its potential so just wanted to see how far I could get with it without having to put in too much work. I sped the gif up (with a high frame rate) to fit within unscreen's 5 second limit (naughty, I know). Unscreen did a great job at removing the background, there was hardly any artifacting (most of it was at the bottom which is now hidden). The original gif had some cool comic-style motion lines around Hitomi which would have been cool to keep but unscreen took them out too. I found I could use gifntext to add a background to a transparent gif so I didn't have to do any manual editing at all in the end. I then animated the movement of the foreground (and a little of the background) in gifntext. I think I didn't quite track the movement in the middle part of the gif right - hence why I mentioned her sinking into the Earth in the story. Speaking of the story, I kinda rushed this one so apologies for how short it is.
