Growth event.
Details:
The focus of the growth event is reported to be an unknown female and at the time of this report has grown to be several hundred feet tall. Witnesses report a woman matching the giantess' description partaking in a photoshoot in the area prior to the event.
An initial investigation has revealed that one of the cameras used at the photoshoot contained an enlargement device. The device contained several modules that utilise technologies unknown to our experts - these are likely to be responsible for the scale of growth we have seen. The custom nature of this device has made it difficult to calculate growth rates or the likelihood of this being a multi-stage growth event.
The person, or group, behind the growth event is not known yet though our analysts report the incident's details match the MO of the individual known as 'the giantess-maker'.
No secondary effects from the growth event have been confirmed though it has been noted that the giantess appears to hold the attention of most males and many females who observe her to a near hypnotic-level. It is unknown if this phenomena is caused by some physic influence she exudes, an increased pheromone output or just her appearance.
Recommendations:
All agents are recommended to keep their distance. The size of the giantess means that many of our usual interventions would be ineffective. For the time being observation-only is recommended for two reasons: (i) to gather data on who this giantess is and what she wants, and (ii) to not piss her off.
Other Notes:
The giantess appears to be enjoying the results of the growth event but has so far not resorted to violence. This temperament suggests she may be an ideal candidate for the [REDACTED]-scheme if she proves willing to negotiate with the authorities.
Meta: I wanted to make a new logo and decided to keep Claire as my giant mascot given my past fascination with her. I stumbled on the source shot of her by accident (I think it was actually a screenshot from a video) but she looked really good and confident so I couldn't pass up using it. Her profile was what made me want to use it in a logo - my original plan was to have her silhouette above the silhouette of city. But I ended up going a different route for the logo using a pre-existing collage with Claire in for it so I just completed this collage without the silhouettes. I can't tell if her colouring is right or wrong in this one.
