Part 3 of The Forest Giantess Saga.
August 1st:
It has been a difficult summer. The forest giantess' growth has accelerated far beyond anything I could have imagined possible. With me gaining control of my own funding I have been able to increase the food supply. This satiated the giantess at first but then her growth caused her to outpace the supply again and I needed to increase the orders once more.
Clothing her has proved difficult too, nothing seems to fit for more than a few days until she starts to tear through it. She tells me not to worry about her clothes but to focus on keeping her fed but the truth is that if she is not covered I become even more distracted by her than usual. It becomes impossible to get any work done with her uncovered majesty looming overhead so I have continued with the clothes orders.
Thankfully, since I now control the cheque book, I can keep supplying the giantess with both food and clothing. She has expressed an interest in seeing my homeland. With her increasing size I believe it may be possible for her to make the journey there on foot. Showcasing her at home would be the high point of not just my career but my life. But if I return home I will have to deal with the difficult questions surrounding the whereabouts of the project lead. I will need more time to concoct a ruse to deal with those questions before considering such a trip.
August 15th:
Disaster! the Global Research Organisation have written to me, well my project lead, to say that our division's funds are nearing empty. I knew it wouldn't last forever as the organisation's pockets, though deep, are not infinite - but I hoped we'd have a few years at least. It appears I have been spending much more then I planned on keeping the giantess fed and clothed.
I will need to be canny with our money going forwards. The first cutback I think will be clothing. I will still buy her some regularly but it will have to last longer so I will be ordering clothing made to a much larger size that she can grow into. I will also need to cut back on the food portions. I don't look forward to telling the giantess about this.
August 8th:
The giantess has not taken her reduction in food well. She is already complaining about hunger pangs. I only reduced her servings by a 5th - her increasing size must have meant she was due an increase in portion size. Hopefully with less food she'll grow slower and get used to her new intake in time.
August 15th:
Something strange has happened. Despite the reduction in food the giantess appears to have gone through an explosive growth spurt. I came back with the wagon of food today from the nearest town (a several mile journey I have to make every few days on my own), as I neared camp I could see the giantess grunting with pleasure as she ripped out her new clothing overhead. She'd nearly doubled in size from when I left.
I asked her what happened but she ignored me as she ripped off the remains of the clothes and went to sleep. This was especially odd since ordinarily she would always be very keen to inspect the wagon of food whenever I returned from town.
Her new size scares me. It reminds me yet again of the folklore told to us by her village - that she would one day end humanity in her maw. I have vowed to myself to visit the village again on my next trip into town to get more details.
August 19th:
Something even stranger has happened than in my previous entry. During my visit to town yesterday I took a detour to the village to ask some questions. However, I could not find it at all. I am sure I was in the right place - there was a clearing but not a single structure or person remained.
After confirming my location I thought to myself that they may have relocated. Given their fear of the giantess it is possible they may have seen her new size and decided to move further afield. I would like to believe that, but... there was a great amount of smashed wood and churned up earth at the site. As if some great skirmish had broken out there. Fights between villages were not unheard of here - but for no trace to be left of the people who caused such chaos is unusual. I have a bad feeling about this.
August 25th:
My unease grows. I have tried to speak to the giantess about her village but she spends most days now sleeping and growing. She has grown humongous, the cliffs she once had to follow the pass to get through are now more like a step to her. She's so large now that she can barely hear me when I shout to her - or so she pretends. I think recently she has grown tired of my questions and elects to ignore me most of the time.
August 27th:
I feel that I must make plans to leave the forest. On today's food run I found that the town had met the same fate as the village - it was wrecked with little left. I don't know for sure what is causing this devastation but I have a growing suspicion of the giantess. She often walks off at night then returns during the early hours much bigger than when she left. She then sleeps until the next night.
I think I shall give her a leaving gift before I go but make no mention of my plans to leave. There is a small amount of budget left in the department, I believe I can calculate her current growth rates and buy her something that should fit her for at least one more season. That will hopefully keep her feeling civilised for a while in my absence. I do not look forward to the questioning about the project lead when I return home, but that may be preferable to staying here.
Meta: I know this shot of Kayla Kiss is probably meant as a strip-tease - but I can't help but wonder if she was deliberately making it imply growth given her past work in giantess videos. There's no ripped clothing though so maybe my theory is wrong. For the scenery there was a lot of contrast between the trees in the foreground and the background so it was easy to is a selection wand to grab the trees and copy them into their own foreground layer.
