As all the people in the city shrank Britney just expanded more and more. The demon who had inducted watched from afar and had to give her credit before handing over their own sexual energy to her.

Britney groping her own massive boobs is so primal in its appeal that I felt like I had to make a very sexually-charged story to match. I've always liked the concept of succubi, especially how they shrink their victims according to some folklore - it always made me think that if they can effect the size of their victims could they influence their own size. And the connection between changing in size and sexual energy... *chef's kiss*.
I did some serious shadow-play with this to try and sell that she was in a real cityscape. I had to make the shadows align with the shadows already on the building - that meant a lot of her would be covered in shadow so I figured I'd have some fun and play with the space I had. I decided to make them look more like the shadows of buildings rather than just shading a single huge area.
