Kamala was determined to become the most powerful warrior ever in the battle of good vs evil. She'd excelled throughout her training, never falling into any vice or temptation - keeping pure and strong. She now only had one trial left before she could be ascended into the angelic army.
This final trial was kept secret, no one knew what it entailed before taking it and no one ever spoke of it again after they completed it - that was if they did complete it. Not everyone who went into the trial would come back.
She kept this in mind as she entered into the chamber and looked around. It was a large room with a dome roof and an inscription written on the far side, "The greatest foe is the one within." As soon as she had read these words the air in front of her shimmered, and in front of her appeared an enormous woman.
The giantess in front of Kamala was a celebration of everything Kamala abhorred - gluttony, lust and anger. The last was made clear when the giantess, without warning, tried to bring one of her enormous feet down on Kamala. Luckily the warrior-to-be had sharp reflexes and was able to roll out the way.
Kamala ran as the giantess stomped after her, she was able to pull one of the decorative swords from the chamber walls and tried to drive it into the giant's foot, but the blade simply bent back from her thick skin. The giantess stopped and laughed.
"I will defeat you, for all that is good in the world!" shouted Kamala looking around the room for her options.
The giantess studied her for a moment before speaking in a familiar voice, "You don't get it do you?"
Kamala was confused and looked up at the giantess, searching for a clue to what she was talking about.
"Look closer." the giantess instructed.
Kamala could almost see it, the giantess looked familiar. She looked like family... no, she looked like her!
"There it is." said the giantess as she saw the realisation cross Kamala's face.
"What... what are you?" stammered Kamala in shock.
"I'm you, or rather - I'm what you could be... if you just gave in to the other side."
Kamala could see now why others never spoke of their time in this trial, who would want to relive the sight of the worst parts of themselves.
"No, I could never be you." Kamala said out loud, mostly to steady her sense of self.
"Oh, but you nearly are - all those repressed thoughts, desires going unheeded and wants unfulfilled. If you indulged them you could become everything you see before you."
The giantess slapped her stomach sending ripples in all directions to emphasise her size. Kamala could not believe this creature was part of her.
"I don't understand, you're so different from me."
"Am I?" pondered the giantess out loud, "You've never allowed yourself a good meal or a makeover."
"But you're so big!" pointed out Kamala.
"And you can be too, all you have to do is let out your hedonistic side. These pious pricks up here don't like to tell you this - but the demonic side gives you far more bang for your buck."
Kamala had to fight hard to ensure she didn't fall into the temptation - she knew that considering the option for even a minute could result in her fall.
"No!" she declared, "I'm not interested!"
"Shame." the giantess stated, before resuming in her pursuit.
As Kamala ran she tried everything she could against the giantess; magic spells she'd learnt, various weapons from the chamber walls and physical strength - none of which even slowed the enormous version of herself.
"How... how do I defeat you"? panted Kamala after almost an hour of running.
"You can't." the giantess told her, "You have to accept that I am part of you - or allow me to defeat you."
"That can't be true." Kamala insisted, "That would mean every warrior of light has accepted their inner evil rather than defeat it."
The giantess stopped in her pursuit and laughed, "Now you get it - there's no such thing as perfect. Now accept me or allow me to destroy you."
Kamala pondered the options for a moment, "What happens if you destroy me?"
"Then we both stop existing." the giantess told her matter-of-factly.
"And if I accept you as part of me?"
"Then you can leave and I stop existing. Well, this version of me - of course I will always live on... in you."
Kamala had made up her mind, "Very well then - I accept you as part of me."
As soon as Kamala had said this the Giantess laughed, "You idiot! I can't believe that worked!"
Kamala felt strange, the sword she was holding fell to the ground. Kamala looked at her hands to see they were turning more and more transparent.
"What's happening to me?!" Kamala screamed.
"You're becoming me." the giantess sighed, "By accepting me as part of you, you become me."
"What? But that's not what you said would happen."
"Duhh, I'm the worst of you - I lie, and it turns out I'm pretty good at it."
Kamala looked at her hands in horror, she was nearly gone.
The giantess chortled, "I may as well let you know before you stop existing, you were supposed to shoot me with the light arrows on the altar - you were just overthinking it."
Kamala made a dash for the altar but it was too late, she was gone - and all that was left was her worst self.
Kamala looked down at her new self - she liked what she saw, though she admitted to herself that she wouldn't mind getting bigger.
She felt orgasmic from all the power flowing through her - she'd been right about the demonic side, it really did give you more.
She could already hear the angelic soldiers mobilizing outside the chamber, they must have sensed something going wrong in here and detected her massive demonic presence.
As the tiny soldiers filtered into the chamber she brought down a massive foot and sighed in pleasure at how many she took out.
It looked like she had finally arrived at being the most powerful warrior in this war - now that she was on the right side.
Meta: I've been trying to make a collage like this for ages, with someone staring up as a giantess looms over them. I think I got the proportions and angles right. I wanted to make her a mini-giantess originally but I think she looks a bit too big to be classed as that - she's now in a sweet spot of size that I really like. Bunnibabe66 posted the source picture to the giantess subreddit and I can see why, she really has a great look for a giant woman. I was worried the lighting of the shot may have made it difficult to blend but I applied some lighting effects and it seems to have done the job.
