It had taken years of planning, billions of dollars and thousands of man-hours to construct the tower.
The government had started the secret project as soon as it became clear that the military couldn't stop the growing giantess. That had been years ago, since then the giantess had just grown bigger and stronger. The only hope for the people who held onto the old ways of life was that the tower would one day be ready.
It had been built to house a theoretical shrink ray, based off the same technology the giantess had used to originally enlarge herself. It had taken the best thinkers of a generation to try and work out how to backwards engineer the science she'd used to make herself into a titan - and after all this time they still hadn't got a full grasp on how she did it. But at the least the tower was now ready - as soon as they had a working shrink beam working they could install it here and as soon as the giantess got close they could reduce her back into a normal human before she got too close. Then she could stand trial for everything she'd done.
That was the plan at least, but all of that went out the window on the morning the giantess approached. One of her tiny worshippers must have gotten into the ranks of the secretive old-government organisation dedicated to the tower project and blabbed to her. She walked straight up the tower and squatted down, even when crouching she still dwarfed it.
The scientists inside panicked and tried a final roll of the dice. The shrink ray wasn't ready but they had the basics in place - maybe if they were lucky it'd somehow work. The tower glowed blue and from it fired a thin beam right onto the giantess' chest. For a moment the giantess looked worried - but after a few moments it became clear nothing was happening - well, nothing the scientists had hoped for. It was imperceptible at first, but soon it became obvious to everyone watching, the beam was causing her to slowly grow even bigger. Her growth accelerated as the beam poured its energy into the giantess. Her chest, where the beam was striking, benefiting the most from its effects. The scientists inside had worked out what was going straight away but it took a few moments for them to shut off the beam, in which time the giantess' size had nearly doubled.
When the beam finally shut off the landscape rocked from the giantess' laughter.
"That was pathetic!" she sighed when her laughing finally subsided, "Right all of you - out!"
As the scientists working inside filed out as she demanded. As they lined up outside they exchanged worried glances with each other - all they could hope for was a quick death, there was no escape from her now.
The giantess looked down on the tiny evacuees from the tower, they were barely specks to her but she still wanted to address them.
"So this was your last hope against me I hear." she chided them while inspecting the tower, "I've got to admit, I didn't expect it to be so... phallic."
She raised an eyebrow as she said this and giggled. The scientists below just looked at their feet in embarrassment.
"You don't think so?" the giantess teased the tiny specks below her, "What if I put it riiiight here between my newly enlarged boobs?"
The scientists could only look on as they watched her mockingly lean forward and press her enormous chest against their work.
"Not feeling jealous of it? Even if I squeeze it?" she continued to tease.
The tower groaned from the strain of both her almighty breasts exerting pressure on it from both sides.
"What if I rub it up and down and juuuust..."
The scientists winced as they heard what they were waiting for, the crack of masonry as the giantess leaned forward and caused the tower to break.
"Sorry, guess I'm not used to my new size..."
The scientists watched on as their tower started to be enveloped by her cleavage.
"Come on, let me thank you for making me even bigger." she sighed as she slowly lifted then dropped her enormous breasts, rubbing the tower between them.
As she repeated this action again and again, quickening her pace each time, cracks started to appear in the tower - everyone knew what was coming next.
"Whoops..." the giantess laughed as the tower started to crumble, before adding with even more laughter, "Let me guess... this never happens to you?"
The scientists watched in disappointment as the tower that had taken so long to build crumbled within seconds.
Meta: I found it really hard to cut out this shot of verysallish due to her hair so in the end I just decided to just add some foreground elements - given the angle I couldn't have added much other than sky behind her anyway. I knew the angle on the tower was wrong when I first tried it, I just wanted to test what was possible, but I found that actually it fit really nicely between her breasts. The only part that didn't look right was the tip - breaking it off so that it looked like she was pushing it over fixed that problem.
