You loved your girlfriend, but she could be a bit too much sometimes.
She was sweet and beautiful... but not the brightest. Her unbridled enthusiasm made her combination of thicc and thick a trial to bare at times. You loved the time you had together, but savoured the peace you had on your work trips away.
You were on one of these trips, visiting an office on the other side of the country, when one of your colleagues came running into the floorspace.

You'd all been waiting for news this ever since the last one had ascended. It was only once in a generation that a new one was appointed by the secretive committee in charge of granting godly powers to one person on Earth.
As you ran to the TV in the break-room you wondered what the new ruler of humanity would be like. They often liked to be subtle with their powers, influencing things slightly here and there to make things better. It was probably for the best so that people weren't intimidated by their powers, but many grew frustrated that the God-Empresses never get more involved. The last one had pretty much retired from their position, not doing anything with their powers for decades. You wondered if this one would be different.
You heard the announcement on the TV, "Ladies and Gentlemen, we are yet to confirm the identity of our new God-Empress - but we are able to bring you live footage of her."
You recognised the face of the God-Empress straight away - it was your girlfriend.
You couldn't believe it. They made her the God-Empress? Out of all humanity she was the best choice? You felt your legs almost give out beneath you and had to sit down before refocussing on the TV.
Your girlfriend's face had caught your attention so much that it took a few moments to work out the rest of what you were seeing on the screen. It appeared to be a helicopter shot of her sitting on... were those fields... and buildings beneath her?! To say she was huge was an understatement.
The new God-Empress suddenly spoke, "Hey honey, I can tell you're watching..."
Everyone in the room looked at you knowing full well she was your girlfriend.
"Check it out, I made myself big - I know you always liked how big I was before so I decided to up things a bit."
You turned bright crimson as your sexual preferences were broadcast around the world. But things were about to get even more embarrassing.
"Its taking some getting used to, but I think... I think I can read your mind. You're enjoying this aren't you?"
You could see a naughty smile creeping across her enormous face.
"You're loving this giant body... and these giant boobs too right?"
You nodded instinctively in response to her question, with no idea if she could tell you were nodding.
"Good - then you're going to love this..."
You, and the rest of the world, watched as your titanic girlfriend started to bounce up and down.
"Check it out!" she squealed as her huge tits bounced on the TV.
Despite being an entire country away you could feel the ground shake several seconds after each bounce on the screen.
You were glad to be so far away from the destruction she was causing - but then you heard her voice in your head, "Oh, don't worry honey, I'll come up and see you - I think if get a bit bigger it'll just be a short stroll."
So, your girlfriend was the latest God-Empress of humanity... With how she had started out using her power, it seemed quite likely she'd be it's last.
Meta: I really loved this original clip of Leanne bouncing up and down. The camera shook with each bounce really emphasising her size. I figured it wouldn't take much to transfer that into a giantess scenario but it ended up taking up a lot of work. It was a long clip and unscreen didn't do a great job of removing the background. I had to go through over 150 frames removing artefacts and restoring parts of her which had been wrongly removed by the AI tool. I then had to animate the background shaking on each bounce. It was a lot of effort, but in the end I think it was all worth the final result.
