In the quest for a bigger ass she realised there was a limit on how much ass could reasonably fit on her tiny body.
The solution was easy: get a bigger body.
So she signed up for a size-transfer. The procedure was new and not widely used. It was mainly something set aside for couples with huge size-discrepancies, but she found a doctor who was willing to let her undergo the process.
Finding a willing donor turned out to be easier than she thought. She put the call out on her social media - explaining it was all part of her quest for a bigger ass - and hundreds came forward offering some of their size to her. The tough part would be to find the best donor from all of them.
It was then the doctor made a suggestion - why settle for only one donor? Why not take a bit of size from everyone willing to donate a bit? She agreed to this approach and the doctor organised the donations. When the size was finally transferred to her, she found herself a true mini-giantess. She was larger than any person on the planet - and her ass bigger than most people.
But she wanted more. With her new size, allure - and raw strength - she was able to bring more donors to her doctor. At first he was uncomfortable with the idea of using unwilling size donors, but she made him comfortable with it - mainly by crushing him beneath her gigantic ass until he agreed.
The police had tried to intervene at one point, but she used her ample ass to subdue them. Their weaponry was useless against its massive thickness as it bore down on them when she threatened to sit on them. But at the last moment she offered them a reprieve - she would allow them to live if they all donated her some more size.
Now she wandered the city as a titan, snatching up crowds of victims to have their size siphoned.
Rumor was that the military were soon to be dispatched to deal with her. She hoped it was true since a lot of the soldiers were nice and big - plenty of size to be transferred to her and her ass.
Meta: Xxapple seems to have passed me by and I don't know how - that ass is made for gigantification (and it looks like that process has already started). I've been wanting to explore how a size-transfer 'surgery' would be used and exploited for a while. No doubt it'd start off being used in sensible circumstances (helping someone who is too short/tall) but over time people would find ways to abuse it (secretly upscaling for athletics, making tiny spies, real giantess porn...) - I think that'd be a fun world to live in.
