Cece had always had an affinity for boats, that's why she joined the navy.
She was too big to voyage on them but she still loved being around them. Seeing the tiny shiphands scurry around and perform a thousand tasks to keep themselves from drowning in the dark waters she could just wade through gave her such a thrill.
However, she wasn't too enthused about her first posting. The navy didn't know how to capitalise on her size so just decided to assign her to looking after the antiquity fleet.
Cece hated it, all she did was help pull the old tall ships around the dock. The tiny workmen who worked on maintaining the ageing boats were slow and shoddy - not fit for the frontline, like the navy thought she was.
She was determined to show those in charge her worth.
-----
Cece finally managed to get a transfer. This was due to her impromptu visit to headquarters. She liked to think the higher-ups saw her worth as she demonstrated how weak their defences were, but deep down she knew they were scared of her and would give into any of her demands, especially since she'd recently had another growth spurt.
All she asked for was to be made captain of a proper warship, and of course they gave it to her.
After only a short time as captain, her ship soon became renowned for its kill count. This was mainly because she ran the ship well, keeping everyone in line with an iron fist - and any seamen failing to meet her standards were normally crushed under it.
The ship's high kill count was also thanks to her habit of getting personally involved in any conflict they ran into. She would let her ship deal out and take a few hits, but at the first signs of the enemy getting the upper hand she would intervene. This would often involve her sauntering over to the enemy vessels, tanking their artillery as it impacted harmlessly on her thick skin, grabbing them and pulling them under. If she was in a hurry she'd sometimes just smash them in two with one almighty thump and let them sink. She'd then relish grabbing up the enemy seamen and 'detain' them in various ways guaranteed to humiliate them - few ever returned to shore.
------
After gaining the reputation as the most ruthless captain on the seas, Cece was made Admiral.
This pleased her greatly, especially since she'd only recently made the suggestion of being promoted during a visit to HQ to show off her latest growth spurt.
Now the giantess wandered the world's oceans, her fleet surrounding her wherever she went, struggling to keep up with her massive strides.
Few tried to test the might of her navy, and those who did soon found themselves far beneath the waves - or in places far worse.
Meta: I recently realised I'd never made a collage using a boat. Its a pretty common trope in giantess collages to have a giant woman stood looming over a ship at sea. I thought it was because it might have been easy but having tried three in a row I can testify its as tricky as any other giantess collage.
