I found this on www.giantessgarden.de and I think that it's called ''My Sister the T-Rex'' or something along the lines. And as for the artisit, I really don't have any idea who did it.
this manga really needs a translation. to whoever owns this site, if u ever come across this. plz add that feature danbooru has where people can just add translations to the picture.
