This is actually an altered version of the drawing, sadly the artist doesn't have any shrunken works. In the original she's dangling one of the white rats from the girl's box next to her. (Although I prefer this shrunken version much more! XD)

Found the source by using tineye.com, and then just snooping around the first few links that popped up for the artist. I've added it to the image. As for the source of the alteration, no clue, done by someone somewhere in the community and it's been passed around for a while. :D
