this work is properly titled "psycho girlfriend" and is by an internationally-respected CG artist named Steven Stahlberg. Very nice man, very helpful to the beginner/intermediate CG creator. Last I checked, he does not mind *attributed* redistribution of his published works, but I could be mistaken - it has been some years since last we spoke.
