No. According to the visual context and her dialogue I think that she was the one that woke him up. If you look carefully, you'll see that she's already stomped on him and she's talking about being tempted to disturb a sunbather. Plus, he doesn't have a shirt on.

That's not very much blood, honestly. Can easily see losing that much blood and still being alive, if a bit woozy.
