Not sure what is being said, but this is a parody of an in game fight. The giantess is actually a doll nick named "Goliath doll" by fans, since Alice never named her. The one being eaten is a fairy named Cirno. This picture is a parody of Cirno being eaten by the doll, where as in the series she was swallowed by a giant frog.
