it has taken me a while but i belive the artist went by the name of "The Unknown Hand" also through searching i have discovered that he has two books, "shrunk" and "shrunk more"
on top of that i have found them on amazon, both for $28.24 (if you live in the US)
sadly for citizens in the UK i have only found the latter book for £13.99 on amazon
