The department store had always hired smoking hot models to stand out in the square and attract attention. When sales started to slow they made the decision they needed to up their game. The marketing team had a radical idea, what if they took one of their most attractive hires and enlarged her into a giantess? Surely that would grab attention. Within days of the idea being approved by the store owner the marketing team had paid off the right people to get the enlarging permits - usually giantesses weren't allowed in crowded spaces but luckily corruption was rife in the local government.
Denise was selected to be their giantess for the day and was enlarged just before opening time. The square outside the store was packed within minutes. They realised they'd enlarged her too much early on but there was nothing that could be done about that, she'd just have to get on her knees to be close to the people. People were coming to see her but weren't coming into the store. It was Denise's idea to sit in front of the entrance to try and entice the visitors in by letting them go between her legs but the crowds were still happy to stay where they were and gawp at her. She had another idea - she pulled off her pants from under her black dress and flung it on the store roof.
The store had its best sale day ever before they even got to lunch.
Meta: I think the combination of Denise, a crowded square with older architecture is something that appeals deeply to me as I've made several collages with the same combo. I was happy with the shadow work in this but I think the destruction effects haven't aged well.
