The city had so much success with the giantess traffic enforcer that they hired another. Like with the existing enforcer, they agreed to supply her food and clothing for the job - but often the clothing they provided was a bit too small. Unlike the existing enforcer however, she was much more zero tolerance. You'd been lucky to witness someone else fall foul of her first before you did.
You'd been cruising down the highway and were planning to put your foot all the way down when your engine started to splutter. You pulled over and stepped out. As you were about to pop the hood your attention was grabbed by a large thump then the sound of screeching tyres.
You turned to see the new enforcer had stepped out into the highway in front of a speeding car. The car couldn't stop in time and smashed into her. The resulting fireball didn't even phase her, she looked up and saw you watching.
"Let this be a warning to you."
You traded in your car the next day and vowed to only take public transport from then on.
Meta: This one came out looking a bit cartoony. I think a lot of people miss the small car crashing into her foot - I don't blame them given the distractions.
