yeah, they were designed expressly to flatten and grind us humans :D the bigger part of the sole isn't actually flat, it's carved and has thousands of enormous steel needles, when you get stepped on if you avoid the back of the shoe you aren't squashed, you get pierced all over the body and remain stuck between the needles, with hundreds of other persons
By the way i think would worth the risk to
1 put explosives on the two "feet" of the eiffel tower nearest to the giantess
2detonate them so that the tower leans on the giantess direction
3 shoot and make explode lots of bombs flashing, smoking and emitting very bad smells in front of her, to make her go backward without turning around
