I thought the same thing! Maybe the giantess is just luring her close by thinking she's going to get fed. As soon as the tiny is within reach, she's going to grab her, tie her up and throw her on there.
I would love to see more of these pictures. The giantess has some very nice feet, and I bet her soles are nice and dirty and in need of some worshipping.
