I love the flip flops, and the cute painted toes. At least he has a nice view of Her sole as it comes down on him. Could be accidental, but i prefer to think of it as deliberate crushing:)
Look at his position, he has been carefully placed, so when she slips in her foot. He wont be quite under the ball of her foot, but trapped tight between the heel and the ball, meaning if he were to slip at any point it's pretty much game over!
