Regarding the meaning - it says gentle. I'm not so sure. Too me, it is only gentle as she has told him to walk onto her hand: Hence the arms behind his back and head down.
She spotting him while out in the park. Moving fast I see her chasing him around somewhat, knocking him down her her flip-flops, making him aware he cannot escape. Once confident he is not going to try and escape she sits down and tells him to walk on to her hand and then puts him in her cleavage for a 'safe' journey home - It's that I think that could give the false impression of a 'gentle' scenario.
However, when she does get him home: I doubt she will be so 'gentle' :D
If you ask me, he could have been found by someone much worse, and if in his shoes I'd be pretty damn happy! XD
