I have to say, while the image is pretty brutal, the concept is pretty kool and it reminds me of a vore GTS Story: http://giantessworld.org/Stories6/health_drink.htm I wouldn't say it was a fantasy, but I can certainly see how a Giantess would utilize a Blender :P
