I think whatever is coming out of her throat is supposed to be a sound effect. I believe it's also a common translation for 'Gollum' from LotR, so maybe she just swallowed Smeagol?

Chinese. I might make a project of this, with two caveats: 1) I'm not good with traditional characters as it is, and not all of the characters are written clearly enough for a non-native speaker like me, so this would take me a pretty long time. 2) I'm pretty busy. I guess whether or not it's *over*rated depends on how it's rated, which I can't say for anyone else. I certainly wouldn't reprimand her lack of modesty were her clothes off.

Slowgrow, there are tags like 'mega' and 'giga.' Not as precise as you're looking for but it gives you the sense of the scale at least, which is really all you *need* to know I would think. Perhaps your tastes are just more finely tuned than my own?

^^That's a good policy! I like this picture, too. I feel like the sketchy quality is just part of the style, which really works for me here. Really dig the heavy lines, especially around her head, cool contrast with the softer color changes inside those lines and elsewhere. It's got a really fun, whimsical feel to it. As well as a hawt feel. The horns might throw me off a *little* bit, but then again her size would already be pretty surreal anyway...
