I don't think it is bad enough to be taken down, even if it is from a lower quality than what was available for it. A screenshot of a poser image with an immersive background and the character is well established within it. This works fine for the expectations on this site.

Katelyn said early on not to pass images that had a story of text imbedded directly into the image, but it is discretionary rather than being a posted rule (as there would need to be a PDF file for the mods if every unspoken rule were to be listed). I agree with pinguisavis, the text here is just distracting. But on the other side of the argument, when text is used with a bit more skill than this, I feel it can enhance the overall collage. I've never heard of "Darty" either, so no clue Mark. If I had to guess though, I'd say Katelyn will have kept it silent if it is anything of hers as she likes the idea of an integrated program that functions like a user, without it being known to be a program. Something the first creation was quickly revealed to be. In this guess, we're only left to be skeptical. XD

Typically we do not accept store GIF's that are found everywhere and used as advertisements for whatever is being sold. GIF's in general have to be of high enough quality. This GIF offered something unique as well as being fluid enough that I approved it despite it being fuzzy and watermarked. GIF's are allowed, and encouraged to be uploaded, just don't steal them from store fronts, and make sure they're quality yea? ;p
