No, Octavia is half of Vinyl's size here. Not at a distance. She's right next to her. If she was at a distance then I would have made them overlap to show it.

The character is from torchlight 2. That's all I know. And it's because there's an achievement for trotting on critters called Gooey Soles so that's why this was commissioned.
