Nevermind I figured it out. it took some math to figure it out. so if the man were 6ft tall but look 0.39 inches to her and assuming shes at the average female height of 5ft 6in then she would be 169.2307692307692 times his size but lets just round that down to 169.2. That would make her 1015.2ft tall!!!

You completely missed the point of my question. I know for a fact he is shrunken down. But say he is still 6ft tall and ends up on a planet where everything including the people are much MUCH bigger. How big would be she be?
