Why would they get hurt? One, car glass is safety glass: no shards, small crumbs. Second... EVERYTHING gets bigger if a giantess grows. Skin gets tougher and thicker. At the 1:24 scale size (foot just a bit bigger than a car) her sole hide is 24 times the thickness of a normal-sized woman's sole hide. And skin is elastic... Third: they can't exist. If we make them exist in our fantasies, why would we make them anything else but invulnerable, if we so choose?
