Not quite; these are all characters from the Amazon Lily arc, which isn't filler. The character which can change sizes from small as a blade of grass to as large as a building IS a filler character, anime-only, and is also from Amazon Lily. This may be why it's confusing. The girl in the upper left corner is still a mini-giantess naturally.
