If an image is currently or used to be on Pixiv, you can find it using the reverse image searchengine www.saucenao.com. For this image, it provides the name on Pixiv: 【ラクガキ】先輩・・・返事を聞かせてください！ The URL on Pixiv (image was deleted already though): http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=12792331 And the name of the artist's Pixiv profile (already deleted aswell): よっすー/出来る事を出来るだけ I hope that helps, in case you want to look further.

Regular users are not able to change tags or CHANGE source URLs (only add a NEW source URL if there isn't one yet). It was possible before, but as of sometime last year (I think) only mods and admins can change tags. As for the artist's name, he goes by BlueRune93 on DA, and by Rune93 on GiantessCity, which is the only source where I can find this version (5000×6500) of the image, so I'm keeping that as the source URL.

I cheated on this one halfway through. 1364 squares of 8 by 8 pixels used to censor this one, all of them had to be rotated 180 degrees. Someone asked if it could be automated when I mentioned those numbers, and then I realized I could write an AutoHotkey script to do it. So I did, and it can flip all 144 squares in a 96 by 96 pixel area in less than 2 minutes.

I would like to point out that on the image upload page, there is a rule that says "NO large poser sets containing lots of repetitive images." I've approved only 33 of the 50-60 images from this set for mostly that reason.
