Well, actually, in eyesight everything is in focus regardless of distance (unless you're shortsighted), because your eyes automatically adjust in accordance to where you're looking. In 3D rendering it's possible. :)

I was going write a long and polite reply, but fuck it. It's not worth bothering. Stuff that is easily produced by masses looks horrible. Whether it's drawings, collages, or 3D. Just because a lot of people produce shitty 3D you condemn the entire media? ...don't answer that.
