Makes me wonder why this version wasn't submitted in first place, but I'm not gonna question it now. Still, the difference between this pic's size and the previous one's isn't that big. Chosen, if you think what you're doing is useful, feel free to do so! :D Oktober is right in one thing, though: once you feel it's become a burden, relax, take a break before going on. But truly, anyone can help and it will be more than appreciated. Giving the author's name or the source link, for example, helps a lot. :) Also, the pic looks comically painful. I mean: Seras with that size and sitting on you must be very painful, though it must be priceless comedy as well... from the outside. xD

I wonder what's the source for this one... It might be part of a set, and I'm curious about it. Also, maybe it's me, but this looks more like a "you fell and she's over you" POV rather than a "shrunken patient meets giant nurse" one. Nothing wrong, really, you can use your imagination and make it whatever you want, and that's more than enough. xD It's pretty well done and all, the perspective is well made and her outfit is nice... aside from those weird photo-pictures in the background, yeah, it's cool. And I wouldn't mind if she wanted to check me up, although that face of hers tells me she won't be very nice. :P
