I suppose, in that she's a female clone. Though in her case, Starscream deliberately made clones of himself so he could have an army, putting pieces of his "Spark" (soul/life force/whatevs) in them, and they gained some aspects of his personality. What aspect she actually represents is left up to our imagination, as she simply sarcastically said "don't ask"

In the cartoon Transformers: Animated, Starscream made a bunch of imperfect clones of himself. One of them was this chick, dubbed "Slipstream." She's been pretty popular with the fandom, and I'm kinda surprised not many people have done much macro/micro play with Transformers.

There actually are animes which contain a giantess, or a shrunken man. The series "mouse" contains a moment where a giantess drops a man between her boobs, then he falls out and drops into her panties and wriggles around and struggles while she giggles and holds him there. Seriously, look it up on youtube.
