I do not want to start my account out bad, but the comment voting seems to be more negative than postive. Commenting is suppose to share your ideas, then if someone doesn't like it they can say something. Voting feels more harsh (to me) because it doesn't give the commenter any reason why the comment was down voted.
I can see why though you would implament one. Most people don't like talking on the internet, or even this bizarre fetish that a few people have. By voting, it lets these people give a voice.
I would like to see them disappear.
