Link added to the image on deviantArt. Smallfrye is the artist. You can see the rest of this sequence ("Corndog") in his dA gallery - currently it's on pages 5 and 6. Shame there's not more of Smallfrye's Poser work on here - although it now looks fairly dated technically he can always tell a great story in a handful of memorable images.

I love this sequence. How big are the Drenic girls meant to be in proportion to humans again? Great sense of scale here with Sally's skyscraper-long fingers towering over the street.

The artist is Marcos Snowbell, part of a well known series of his from 2006-08 called Massacre. The first part of it is on here with many of his other drawings. It's medieval themed but not sure if Gulliver's travels was his direct inspiration or not.
