The lineart is great, but the perspective is... ehh. Not so much the viewpoint as the depth of field; why is the girl licking her foot so much sharper than her foot? I'm guessing the artist drew them separately and just resized the tiny.

Well, reason I say is because Hitomi has green or blue eyes (depending on the media) and long, thick side hair, like here, but Kasumi has reddish brown hair and not straight brown like Hitomi, so this feels like a weird fusion of the two... doesn't matter, I suppose, GTS is GTS, and the series is the same.

Based on the pixellation and aliasing, this looks like a game from the Viper series of animated hentai games that were popular in the late 90's to early 00's, or at least something inspired by them. Even the shading style looks similar.
