@Tada7 usually the source bar is put there for links that direct you to your personal space (whether it's a paysite or deviantart or pixiv or wherever you post your own art). If instead you just post the stuff here, probably link the source bar to your profile on this site so that people can see it by clicking your name.

Yeah but it was tagged under 'mature content' which I believe permits you to post nipples and tits. If you go to 'report deviation' though, among the various choices there is '[ ] Erections (Use of imagery depicting a male erection due to sexual arousal)' and probably that is why it is censored. they could upload a n unrated version here if they wanted to.

I can try to give to possible explanations: 1) the sailor girl is more recognisable with the bow 2) she already washed her hair and the bow helps her hair stay up 3) the artist doesn't know how to/want to draw her without it and/or the commissioner asked the artist to draw her like that
