There are the two seasons and a movie. Another movie is supposed to air at the end of this month as well. The manga finished a while ago so I doubt there will be much more of it being animated.

It's not uncommon for Hideyoshi to cross dress though. The hair clips are definitely his though. Yuko has her hair going to one side but Hideyoshi has that little bit lying right in the middle. There's no manly bulge though so watevr.
