I wish this pic was a bit cleaner - hence why it's low and not mid quality -, because otherwise it's quite fine, just a cleaner line would make it way better. As for votes, even if I don't fav a pic, if I think it deserves some recognition, yes, I vote it too. It's like you say, some sort of honorable mention, appreciating a job well done.

That's because this kind of "OMG long satin gloves" are just for show and look elegant, but make your fingers look and act fat and clumsy. xD So getting Thor66's stuff up here at GB? That's a good initiative. Not a great fan of his work, but he sure improved and showed some interesting pics.
